Chicken Wings are always a great snack! You can fry them, grill them or bake them – they’re always delicious! Most of the time I prepare them in the oven because it’s just simpler. And with the right coating and temperature, they turn out nice and crunchy too!

Here is the written recipe, with the ingredients and step by step instructions:

Baked Chicken Wings
Equipment
Oven Tray
Instructions
- I’m using a baking tray with a rack for this recipe and I’m putting aluminum foil on the bottom. This will eventually go in the oven so the first step is to preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degrees Celsius).
- Then, in a large bowl add a good amount of olive oil, then the spices and mix everything together.
- Next add the chicken wings and cover them well with the spice mix.
- After that, place the wings on the oven tray rack, using tongs. Make sure to leave some space between them so they crisp up.
- Put the chicken wings into the oven and cook for 30 – 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degrees Celsius). Then 5 minutes at 47c degrees Fahrenheit (or 250 degrees Celsius) for maximum crunch.
- I’m going to do a dip to go with these wings. Take another medium bowl and put in the mayo, mustard, spicy sauce to taste, the Sherry vinegar, the honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the lemon juice. Mix well until everything is evenly combined then pour into a serving bowl.
- Once the wings are done, take them out of the oven and place them in a bowl. Add some chopped chives for extra flavor.
